About This Job

To shape HR processes efficiently, scalably, and future-proof, we rely on consistent digitalization and automation of internal services and applications. To continue enabling agile action, the in-house development of modern web applications and integration with cloud applications are central to our work.

For the automation of recurring tasks, particularly in the applicant and employee lifecycle, we integrate and orchestrate various cloud-based applications via web-based interfaces. You will not only be responsible for the development of full-stack applications but also operate your applications independently and reliably using modern DevOps and GitOps tools.

What You Bring

Very good knowledge in software development of web applications with Python (Django as backend) and React/Typescript (frontend)
Experience in the use and deployment of HTTP REST APIs
Knowledge in handling databases (e.g., MySQL) is a plus
You enjoy working with Git/DevOps tools such as ansible and Docker
Fluent German skills (at least C1), English skills are advantageous

Responsibilities

You will develop interfaces for communication with internal and external services/cloud applications such as Workday or SmartRecruiters
You will make services (e.g., for feedback processes) available for central use by other employees
Your tasks include the maintenance and development of relevant components for monitoring and alerting to always keep an eye on the status of our services
You will support other teams in the realization of technical and subject-specific projects as well as in the monitoring and analysis of applications to ensure the best results for our employees
