About the Position

We are seeking an Avaya Experte with 5-10 years of experience for a remote role with SOLCOM GmbH. This role involves overseeing the Avaya Workplace and related systems, handling disturbances, maintaining user and administration documentation, and more.

Responsibilities

Überwachung des Avaya Workplace und verbundener Systeme
Bearbeitung von Störungen
Weiterführung und Aktualisierung der Benutzer- und Administrationsdokumentation
Erweiterung des Testcases inkl. Testschritte und Testszenarien
Unterstützung Test-Management
Releaseüberwachung
Betriebsunterstützung bei Kundenproblemen
Koordination von Analyse- und Testteams im Bereich Problem Management & Dokumentation
Koordination und Weiterbearbeitung bei Kundenkontakten und Schnittstelle zu Supportteams
Kommunikation und Ticketbearbeitung Richtung Avaya

Requirements

Must-haves

min. 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung mit Avaya
Kenntnisse mit Linux und Netzwerken
schon für große Kunden Projekte durchgeführt (Industrieunternehmen, Versicherung, Bank)
