About the Role

Are you passionate about cloud technologies, modern AI platforms, and Microsoft solutions? In your role as an Azure Cloud Architect, you will support companies in developing innovative cloud and AI architectures based on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Azure AI Foundry. You will combine technological expertise with consulting and sales skills, identify new business potentials, and convince clients in pre-sales and strategy discussions with future-proof solutions.

Responsibilities

As an Azure Cloud Architect, you will advise clients on the design, implementation, and further development of modern cloud and AI solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
You will develop future-proof target architectures and create connections between Microsoft 365, Azure platform services, data platforms, and AI technologies.
A particular focus will be on the design and implementation of solutions around Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, intelligent agents, and modern data & AI platforms.
You will analyze technical and functional requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and economical cloud architectures.
You will actively support business development, recognize customer potentials, develop new consulting approaches, and sustainably expand our cloud and AI business.
In pre-sales situations, you will accompany customer meetings, workshops, offer presentations, and architecture reviews, convincing clients with your technical expertise.
You will work closely with our consulting, modern work, data & AI, and sales teams to develop holistic customer solutions.
As a sparring partner for clients and colleagues, you will share your knowledge in workshops, training sessions, and community formats.

Requirements

You have several years of experience in the design and implementation of cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure.
Microsoft 365 is more than just a product portfolio to you – you understand the potential of modern workplace solutions and can intelligently connect them with Azure services.
You are very familiar with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Services, data platforms, and modern AI architectures.
You know how to combine technical and functional requirements into a consistent solution architecture and clearly communicate its added value.
Ideally, you have experience in business development, pre-sales, or solution selling and confidently engage in customer discussions.
You are comfortable operating at management, departmental, and IT levels and can present complex issues in a target-group-appropriate manner.
Topics such as cloud governance, security, identity, data & AI, and modern integration architectures are familiar to you.
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, while also being highly team-oriented.
Certifications in the Microsoft environment, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer, or comparable qualifications, are a plus.
Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.
