Responsibilities
- Technical basics (design theory, process technology, etc.)
- General basics (computer science, mathematics, and statistics)
- Business basics (material management, sales, and marketing, etc.)
- Foreign languages
- Getting to know the training company and its organization
- Integration into the company through work in business and technical departments
- Project work on complex topics, thereby promoting a structured, independent, and responsible working style
- Independent handling of business engineering tasks
- Handling a business problem for the bachelor's thesis
Requirements
- Abitur or, if proven suitable, vocational high school diploma
- Strong interest in natural and engineering sciences and a great interest in business processes
- Good English skills
- Motivation to develop further
- Team spirit and commitment
