About the Position
Join our dynamic team in China as a Backend Engineer (.NET Core)! Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications for trade processing, risk analysis, and workflow automation. Collaborate closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that boost operational efficiency and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain internal tools/applications using C# and.NET Core
- Integrate systems with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB)
- Collaborate with our Singapore-based team to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests and resolve production issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience with C# and.NET Core development
- Strong grasp of OOP, SOLID principles and Git version control
- Proficiency in Mandarin (for regional collaboration) and ability to work with English-speaking leadership
- Exposure to financial systems (trading, risk management, market data feeds) preferred
- Experience with TDD or RAD methodologies preferred
