About the Position
Job title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote/Hybrid
Location: Fayetteville, GA
The BCBA serves as the clinical expert for assigned clients by assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality ABA services. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week onsite for client observation, staff training, and collaboration with the clinical team.
Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans addressing communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive needs.
- Administer assessments including FBAs, preference assessments, VB-MAPP®, ABLLS-R®, AFLS®, and others.
- Design and update treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Provide leadership and clinical direction to RBT staff implementing programs.
- Meet supervision requirements for BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and fieldwork trainees.
- Provide structured BACB fieldwork supervision, including competency development and documentation.
- Support RBT certification maintenance and recertification.
- Participate in monthly clinical staff training.
- Communicate client changes promptly to the Clinical Director.
- Maintain adherence to health and safety guidelines and proper clinical judgment.
- Complete weekly documentation, including progress notes and service logs.
- Submit assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress updates within required timelines.
- Attend onsite sessions regularly (2-3 days per week) for supervision and client observation.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
- Report schedule changes promptly.
- Represent the organization professionally in all settings.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- Meet all training, certification, and documentation deadlines.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures.
- Be flexible and open to feedback.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Meets all BACB Continuing Education Unit requirements.
- Licensed or pending BCBA licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Meets BACB supervision requirements for BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT candidates.
- Experience with evidence-based ABA interventions, including discrete trial training, functional communication systems, structured teaching, and early childhood development.
- Successful completion of all competency examinations and skill demonstrations.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Ability to pass all required background checks.
- Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision training prior to first day of work.
