About the Position

We are recruiting for a Bilingual On-Site Manager to work with a leading logistics and staffing partner in Savannah. This role is essential for managing daily operations and ensuring high productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

• Schedule will be based on operational needs.

Pay Rates

• $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 USD yearly

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site staffing operations to ensure seamless workflow.
• Coordinate with client management to align staffing levels with production goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide coaching and conflict resolution support to on-site staff.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of three years of experience specifically as a Staffing Agency Onsite Manager.
• Demonstrate proven management experience within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Maintain legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

• Utilize intermediate computer skills for daily operational management, productivity tracking, and report generation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar operational software.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with client representatives, applicants, and internal teams.
• Demonstrate strong multi-tasking capabilities to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational setting.
• Apply a high degree of self-management and initiative to independently drive operational success.
• Develop and execute employee relations strategies, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment, demonstrating a passion for assisting others.
