Bilingual Onsite Supervisor

About the Position

At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to work with Clara Works in Burlington. Join our dynamic warehouse team, where your leadership and operational skills will drive efficiency and accuracy. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting our dedicated associates, and maintaining high standards of documentation and workflow.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday thru Friday 5:30am to 2:00pm (Weekends when workload requires it)

Pay Rates

• $24.00 USD yearly

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide direct support and guidance to warehouse associates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of daily workflows.
• Coordinate team tasks to ensure operational goals are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrate fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish to facilitate clear communication.
• Maintain consistent punctuality and provide reliable support to both warehouse associates and leadership.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain organization within a fast-paced operational environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiently enter, manage, and analyze data using Google Spreadsheets.
• Apply knowledge of standard warehouse operations, including inventory management and workflow optimization.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking, reporting, and operational oversight.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with diverse teams, including associates and supervisors, in both English and Spanish.
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges to ensure workflow continuity and documentation accuracy.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by coordinating tasks and supporting team members.
