Billing Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Billing Manager to join our fast-growing business group. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, cost monitoring, and ensuring seamless team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Effective coordination and communication with team members and partners
• Identification of spendings flow by traffic sources
• Development of new strategies for the optimization process
• Controlling the billing process for the Media buy team
• Providing monthly reports

Requirements

• Practical experience with financial operations and financial reconciliations
• Experience in monitoring costs, balances, and settlements with partners and contractors
• Confident working with spreadsheets and financial data
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong cross-team and partner communication skills to ensure data accuracy and transparency
