Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive ABA team focused on transforming lives through evidence-based practices. This role offers professional growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

Location

• Remote (Kansas only) or In-Person at clinics in Lawrence, KS or Wichita, KS

Compensation

• $70,000-$90,000 per year

Schedule

• Full-Time, flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
