About the Position

Broadcast Director (Streaming + Audio/Video Marketing Editor) at Honor Games®

As Broadcast Director, you will serve as the public-facing voice of Honor Games across livestreams, showcases, and audiovisual marketing. You will stream Honor Games titles - Charge!, Vultures, and Tiberium Secrets - and produce polished video content for trailers, devlogs, announcements, and social platforms.

You will collaborate directly with studio leadership to maintain a consistent, professional, and engaging broadcast presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in live media, editing, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Broadcasting & Streaming

• Host official Honor Games livestreams featuring Charge!, Vultures, and Tiberium Secrets
• Present development updates, gameplay showcases, and community Q&A
• Maintain a consistent, professional on-camera presence
• Engage viewers respectfully and positively
• Coordinate stream topics, schedules, and promotional pushes

Audio & Video Editing

• Edit trailers, teasers, devlogs, and promotional videos
• Produce short-form content for social media
• Cut highlight reels from streams and gameplay sessions
• Maintain consistent branding, pacing, tone, and quality
• Collaborate with PR and Clarity teams to align messaging

Community Presence

• Serve as a recognizable public face of Honor Games media
• Interact with viewers and supporters during broadcasts
• Help cultivate a respectful, enthusiastic, mission-aligned community culture
• Monitor audience sentiment and provide insights to leadership

Internal Coordination

• Work with project leads to gather footage, updates, and assets
• Maintain media pipelines, file organization, and production calendars
• Ensure audiovisual content aligns with studio standards and project goals

Requirements

• Experience in streaming, broadcasting, or on-camera presentation
• Strong video and audio editing skills (Premiere, Resolve, etc.)
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Experience producing marketing or promotional media
• Minimum 6 months experience working on a team
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Comfort engaging with live audiences
• Respectful, team-oriented, and emotionally intelligent

Bonus:

• Experience with YouTube/Twitch growth strategies
• Familiarity with game content or modding communities

Time Commitment

• 6–10 hours/week
• Must be responsive via smartphone or device
• Weekly meeting: Wednesdays at 6 PM PST
• Must log and report hours for revenue-share calculation
