Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business and IT – define client needs and translate them into effective digital solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level and senior stakeholders in the insurance industry
- Participate in RFI/RFP processes and support contract negotiations
- Provide analytical support throughout software implementation projects - from requirements gathering to deployment
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to craft B2B campaigns and value proposition
- Keep an eye on market trends, regulations, and competitors to help shape our product strategy
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Business Administration, or Management
- At least 3 years of experience in the Insurance domain (Life & Health knowledge required)
- Fluent English and Dutch or French (spoken and written)
- Natural communicator – charismatic, optimistic, confident, and patient
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to connect business and technology
- Independence, ownership, and curiosity to explore “why” before answering “how”
