About Comarch

Comarch is an editor, developer, and integrator of ERP and POS (Point of Sale) solutions, primarily designed for the retail sector. Within the Delivery & Services department, your role will be to ensure the successful implementation of our software and their availability over time.

We work with a network of partner integrators who act as project managers. Project management, methodology, and business/technical expertise remain at the core of our teams.

The position is based at our Lezennes site (Lille metropolitan area).

The Challenge

Are you looking to lead integration projects while maintaining a strong technical and functional dimension?

As a Consultant - Consultant Professional Services, you will ensure the overall project management and guarantee the proper execution of services entrusted to our partner integrators. You will be the guarantor of the Comarch standard, the follow-up of deliverables, and the expertise provided to the final client. You will frame the order, pilot its realization, and secure the entire value chain.

Key Missions

Your key missions include, notably, the deployment of Comarch ERP and POS solutions for our clients in the retail sector. These missions are broken down as follows:

• Project Management & Execution: Define the project roadmap, issue implementation orders to partner integrators, manage their execution, and ensure overall project governance (planning, budget, scope, risks). Execute projects entrusted to you (configuration, implementation).
• Technical and Functional Expertise: Be the business and technical reference for our retail solutions (ERP/POS). Translate the needs of the final client (store flow management, checkout, omnichannel) and ensure that the executor respects the target architecture.
• Quality Control & Testing: Validate the conformity of developments and configurations made by the partner before delivery to the client.
• Maintenance in Operational Conditions: Ensure the longevity and availability of deployed solutions over time.
• Industrialization & Use of AI: Integrate artificial intelligence tools into your daily practice - impact analysis, writing and reviewing specifications, configuration control, testing, documentation, handling requests. Identify tasks that can be automated on your projects and contribute to tooling the team: what you industrialize then serves the entire delivery and future partners.

Occasional trips to our clients' sites are expected.

Your Profile

• Education & Experience: Engineering or Master's degree in computer science, with at least two years of experience (at a publisher, ESN, or integrator) in managing/leading small IT projects, technical and functional consulting, and ideally in the "professional services" field. Experience in the retail sector would be a plus.
• Autonomy and Adaptability
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage a project from A to Z, set the framework for third-party contractors (subcontractors/integrators), arbitrate deviations, and maintain a scope.
• Business Process Understanding: Solid understanding of retail business processes (ERP, POS solutions, specialized or mass distribution commerce).
• Technical Foundation: Background or solid knowledge of development/integration in the Java environment, allowing you to exchange on equal footing with implementation teams.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrate leadership, rigor, excellent listening skills, a keen sense of support, and teamwork.
• Language Skills: Professional level of English
