About the Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in sales and support to join our global organization in Sao Paulo, Brazil. You will use MS Excel to analyze data, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support sales and support teams by preparing detailed MS Excel-based reports that clearly summarize performance metrics and help stakeholders make informed decisions about pipeline management and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales trends and customer support data using MS Excel functions to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks that can guide strategic improvements in service quality and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues in a hybrid work setup to share insights, validate data, and ensure consistent information flow that strengthens alignment between sales, support, and operations.
- Handle day-to-day customer support escalations with structured follow-up, timely responses, and clear documentation so that issues are resolved efficiently and customer satisfaction is visibly improved.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in MS Excel trackers so that sales teams have reliable visibility into current status and next actions.
- Prepare periodic dashboards and summaries in MS Excel that highlight key indicators such as conversion rates, response times, and retention metrics to support management reviews and decision-making.
- Coordinate with sales staff to schedule follow-ups, track commitments, and monitor progress against targets while ensuring smooth communication through email, calls, and internal tools during day shift hours.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting data-driven changes to sales scripts, support workflows, and reporting formats that enhance efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks for colleagues.
- Assist in creating structured templates and checklists in MS Excel that standardize data entry, ensure completeness of information, and reduce errors across sales and support activities.
- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate numbers, and confirm assumptions so that all reports and analyses provided to management remain credible and actionable.
- Support training efforts for new team members by sharing practical guidance on using MS Excel trackers and explaining standard operating procedures that help maintain consistent service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards by carefully following documentation practices, respecting data confidentiality, and aligning daily tasks with organizational objectives.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and feedback discussions by presenting clear evidence from MS Excel-based reports that demonstrate progress, identify challenges, and support future planning.
Requirements
- Possess one to three years of professional experience in sales and support environments where MS Excel has been used extensively for data tracking, reporting, and analysis to support operational decisions.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with MS Excel including formulas, pivot tables, filtering, sorting, and data validation features that enable accurate analysis and clear presentation of sales and support information.
- Show familiarity with customer-facing processes such as handling inquiries, managing escalations, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure that client needs are addressed quickly and professionally.
- Exhibit effective communication skills in both written and spoken form that support collaboration in a hybrid work model and enable clear interaction with colleagues and customers during day shifts.
- Display an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret numerical data, identify trends, and transform findings into practical recommendations that help improve sales outcomes and service quality.
- Demonstrate basic awareness of mobile or telecom concepts with exposure to third-generation networks as a domain advantage that supports understanding of related products and customer expectations.
- Show capability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and timely delivery of MS Excel-based outputs without requiring frequent supervision.
- Maintain adaptability to changing business needs and system enhancements, learning new tools or processes as required while keeping focus on delivering measurable value to the organization and its customers.
