Business Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in the iGaming or payments industry to join our team in Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine. This role is remote and offers an exciting and challenging job in a fast-growing business group.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Proficiency in requirement gathering in the form of user stories, use cases, and other relevant formats.
• Process Mapping: Experience with process mapping using UML and BPMN.
• Documentation: Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation, including requirements specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks.
• Product Information: Provide information and consulting about products’ features, relations, and interactions to any stakeholder on demand.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor and analyze project implementation, delivery, and operation with feedback for improvements.
• User Story Review: Review and approve user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists.
• Team Presentation: Present user stories to the team, clarify incomprehensible and controversial points, and update them as a result of discussions with the team.
• Product Knowledge: Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility.
• Documentation Development: Develop and maintain documentation in accordance with standards and requirements.
• Solution Development: Conduct deep analysis considering NFRs, technical limitations, and architecture. Develop optimal solutions balancing business needs, technical capabilities, and UX.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Manage cross-team requirements and flows. Coordinate planning across multiple teams or streams.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the iGaming or payments industry.
• Tools: Experience working with Atlassian stack tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Skills:
  • Ability to present information clearly, logically, and consistently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions.
  • Understanding of documentation standards.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

Nice to Have

• Payment Integrations: Experience with payment method integrations and understanding of the payment process.
• API Knowledge: Understanding of REST API and JSON.
