About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our fast-growing business group. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team, with options for remote or on-site work in Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, creating detailed requirements specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process maps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
- Monitor and analyze project implementation, providing feedback for improvements.
- Review and approve user stories in collaboration with project managers and technical specialists.
- Present user stories to the team, clarifying points and updating them based on discussions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the iGaming or payments industry.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian stack tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with REST API and JSON.
- Understanding of payment method integrations and the payment process.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping (UML, BPMN), and documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Draw.io, Miro, Figma.
- Advanced knowledge of English (B2+).
