Responsibilities
- Organization of meetings and communication with the client
- Review and gather requirements
- Detailed planning of the execution of the Agreement (Redmine) and monitoring of the progress of the Agreement
- Prioritizing and flexible replanning
- Formation of the technical task under the Agreement
- Writing productions
- Fixing tasks in Redmine and monitoring their execution
- Developing technical documentation and coordinating technical documentation with the customer
- Testing (in the absence of testers)
- Making a decision on the readiness of works
- Training of the Customer's users
- Advising the customer's staff on application issues
- Analyzing the customer's comments based on the results of the testing/implementation of the project
- Drawing up reports on the implementation of the project, including identification of problematic issues
- Organise, plan, and control the implementation process
- Organises and controls the provision of technical support
- Registration and transfer of versions to the customer in accordance with the terms of the contract
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst of 2,5+ years, with 2+ years in IT
- Good knowledge of Atlassian instruments (Jira, Confluence)
- Proficiency in Google Drive tools and MS Excel
- Expertise in the development technical documents
- Certifications in Business Analysis will be a plus
- Experience in project management is a plus
