About the Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst Core Banking (w/m/d) KYC & Kundenbestand – (5675/419) to join our team in Offenbach, focusing on Know Your Customer (KYC) and customer account processes.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for business analysis in one of the core banking focus areas, specifically dealing with changes in processes and software for Know Your Customer (KYC) and customer account topics.
You will be motivated to plan and lead the topics from the initial analysis, through conception, to test case design and test execution, discussing essential contents with stakeholders.
You will independently plan the milestones associated with the topics and their time frames, providing regular status updates to report progress.
You will operate in an environment between the business sector and IT, playing a crucial role in ensuring both areas "understand" each other optimally. Your work results will bring the necessary business requirements to technical implementation and evaluate their implementation quality.

Requirements

If you already have solid practical experience in the field of business analysis, we can start right away.
If you have only theoretical KYC knowledge, such as through studies or other forms of training, but have interest and motivation for the topic, convince us why you are the right fit to develop into a Business Analyst with our support.
In addition to high motivation, you possess strong communication skills in both speech and writing, as well as German language skills at least at C1 level. Since the focus of the job lies in professional and target-group-appropriate communication, a secure and sovereign manner of expression is an essential prerequisite for success in this position.
