Strukturierer Structured Trade & Export Finance am Standort Frankfurt (w/m/d) - (2026/195)

We are seeking a Structured Trade & Export Finance Specialist in Frankfurt to identify business potentials and develop financing concepts.

Responsibilities

Identify business potentials in alignment with the bank's strategic goals.
Develop financing and collateral concepts (e.g., ECA/PRI coverage), negotiate loan and collateral agreements, create viable pricing structures, and conduct deal pitches.
Manage complex transactions, lead deal teams, prepare resolution templates, and oversee both the loan approval process and ongoing loan processing.
Act as the central contact person for clients and internal stakeholders, providing comprehensive advice on our products and structures.
Collaborate closely with national and international account managers and the bank's representative offices.
Continuously work on the further development of the business area, products, structures, and processes.

Completed university degree in a relevant field.
Several years of experience in banking and finance, particularly in the structuring and implementation of structured financing, managing arrangement mandates, and accompanying consortium financing.
In-depth knowledge of ECA/PRI coverage, working capital financing, credit assessment, documentation, and dealing with non-financial risk issues.
Fluent in German and English, additional language skills preferred (French).
Strong analytical skills, high team orientation, resilience, and a solution- and implementation-oriented approach.
Solid knowledge of regulatory/banking supervision law, compliance/KYC, and strong legal and technical expertise for the development and implementation of products and financing structures.
