Business Analyst - Financial Applications

Translate business needs into technical requirements and help deliver valuable financial applications in an agile product environment.

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania

Responsibilities

Discover, analyze, and document business processes and product requirements.
Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and maintain alignment between business, product, and engineering teams.
Support backlog refinement, testing, release preparation, and product adoption.

3+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally with financial applications.
Strong analytical thinking and clear written and verbal communication.
Experience with agile product delivery, process modelling, and requirements management.
Ability to collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
