About the Position

We are looking for a Java Developer with Spring Boot to join our team and design and deliver enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, modern data stores, and DevOps practices.

Location: Cluj-Napoca / Hybrid

Experience: 4+ years

The Role

You will join a product-minded engineering team building robust enterprise systems. You will contribute to technical decisions, deliver maintainable services, and improve quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Java and Spring Boot applications, APIs, and microservices.
Write clean, tested, and maintainable code supported by thoughtful technical documentation.
Collaborate on architecture, code reviews, estimates, and delivery planning.
Diagnose production issues and continuously improve performance and reliability.

Requirements

4+ years of professional Java development experience.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, relational databases, and testing.
Experience with microservice patterns, Git, CI/CD, and containerised environments.
A collaborative approach to problem-solving and software craftsmanship.
