About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the Investment Business Strategy team and work directly with data and analytical intelligence for Inter's investment vertical. The area delivers performance and revenue analyses (Fixed Income, Funds, Variable Income, Brokerage, Pension, COE, Investshop, and others), strategic dashboards, and sales intelligence to support commercial and product teams in decision-making.

Your mission will be to reduce manual operational processes, build and evolve strategic dashboards, and develop analyses that transform data into decisions - connecting what the numbers show with what the business needs.

Daily Responsibilities

• Build and evolve commercial and product performance dashboards for the investment vertical in Tableau Cloud.
• Develop SQL queries in the data lake (Trino/Starburst or similar) for analysis and revenue reconciliation by product (Fixed Income, Funds, Variable Income, Brokerage, and others).
• Create Python automations for data extraction, consolidation, validation, and standardization.
• Support the consolidation and standardization of distributed databases from multiple sources, contributing to the progressive migration to the data lake.
• Map and reduce manual operational processes, proposing more efficient and scalable solutions (automations, flows, and control improvements).
• Support sales intelligence initiatives: portfolio analysis, customer segmentation, and identification of commercial opportunities.
• Proactively identify business risks, anomalies, and opportunities based on data.
• Support the strategic planning of the area with ad hoc analyses and presentations to internal leadership and partners.

Requirements

Required:

• Experience with data analysis and building dashboards in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of SQL for queries on large databases (experience with data lake is a plus).
• Experience with Python for automations and data manipulation/consolidation.
• Analytical capacity to transform data into actionable insights for the business.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Good communication skills to present analyses clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, with data storytelling skills.
• Organization and attention to detail, especially in data validation and operational controls.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in the financial market and/or with investment products.
• Knowledge of data lake/cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and tools like Trino/Starburst.
• Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Tableau Prep Builder or similar).
• CPA / C Pro-R (ANBIMA) certification.
• Intermediate English for reading technical documentation and content in the data field.
