About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the Inter Viagens team and work directly with our travel platform, ensuring the best experience for our internal customers.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Monitor the customer journey from purchase to post-sale, identifying and addressing operational issues.
• Interface with suppliers, partners, and internal areas, ensuring SLA compliance and issue resolution.
• Monitor operational indicators such as cancellations, refunds, issuance failures, chargebacks, complaints, SLA, and NPS.
• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in processes, proposing and implementing automation and simplification of operations.
• Structure processes and routines to ensure scale, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Act on critical cases and exceptions, seeking quick solutions with a focus on customer experience.
• Support the launch of new products, destinations, suppliers, and functionalities, ensuring the entire operation is prepared.
• Work with Product, Technology, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and partners to solve problems and improve the journey.
• Create and monitor operational performance dashboards and indicators, transforming data into action plans.
• Ensure adherence to policies, commercial rules, and security and compliance processes related to travel operations.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience in the tourism market.
• Experience with digital products.
• Ability to format presentations for the board.
• Ability to analyze business numbers and KPIs.

Desirable:

• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of OTA operations.
