About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the UX Investments and Insurance as a Design Specialist, acting strategically in the products of these areas.

Your mission will be to drive the quality of experiences, define design guidelines, and technically lead high-complexity initiatives, contributing to the evolution of digital experiences of the SuperApp. We expect someone capable of connecting strategy, business, technology, and user experience, influencing organizational decisions, and ensuring consistency in the company's most critical journeys.

In addition to traditional experiences, we seek a person prepared for the new scenario of products enhanced by Artificial Intelligence, capable of designing experiences using AI as a copilot, defining agent behaviors, structuring reusable skills, and accelerating the construction of solutions through AI tools, contributing to increasing productivity and the maturity of Design at scale.

You will be a technical reference for the teams, promoting innovation, sharing knowledge, and strengthening Design as a competitive differential for the organization.

Daily Responsibilities

• Technically lead strategic Design initiatives in the Investments and Insurance areas.
• Define guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency between products and journeys.
• Design complex experiences considering conversational interfaces and experiences enhanced by AI.
• Design agent flows, defining objectives, context, memory, tools, and behavior of AI agents.
• Structure and evolve reusable skills to accelerate the development of intelligent experiences.
• Act as a reference in the use of AI tools applied to Design, such as Cursor and other productivity accelerators.
• Explore opportunities for automating Design processes using Artificial Intelligence.
• Support designers in building solutions for high-complexity challenges.
• Act as a strategic partner for Product, Technology, Data, and Business in defining solutions.
• Structure discoveries, hypotheses, and recommendations based on data, research, and user behavior.
• Influence decisions through technical arguments, business vision, and user focus.
• Support the evolution of the Design System and encourage its adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, alignments, and multidisciplinary dynamics.
• Produce executive presentations translating problems, opportunities, and impacts to different audiences.
• Share knowledge, contributing to the evolution of the Design and AI culture within the organization.

Requirements

Required:

• Solid experience in UX, Product Design, or Digital Products Design.
• Track record of working on high-complexity strategic projects.
• Ability to influence organizational decisions without direct people management.
• Systemic vision to connect user experience, business, and technology.
• Experience in designing experiences enhanced by Artificial Intelligence.
• Knowledge in designing agentic experiences, intelligent assistants, or conversational interfaces.
• Experience in building Skills, structured prompts, AI flows, or agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI tools for accelerating Design work, such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Analytical capacity to transform data and research into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and influence skills with different stakeholders.
• Experience in multidisciplinary and cross-squad environments.
