Business Analyst

About the Position

Reach stars and make your own impact on our company, it is your opportunity! We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work on custom CRM and chatbot projects.

Responsibilities

• Communication directly with the Client and the development team
• Development, documentation, and management of requirements
• Identify, analyze, document, and track software requirements; manage change
• Help the team clarify requirements
• Visualize workflows of a developed solution using usage diagrams and activity diagrams (UML) or process and collaboration models (BPMN)
• Demonstrations of the implemented solution for the client
• Development of solution concepts and prototypes at the pre-sales stage

Requirements

• Commercial experience in business analysis using corezoid / node-red
• Intermediate English
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process
• Experience using bug-tracking software (e.g. JIRA) and team collaboration software (e.g. Confluence)
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Willingness to develop developer skills in JavaScript
• Ability to read and prepare a business process diagram in BPMN format
• Knowledge of CRUD principles when developing REST API
