Middle Frontend Developer

About the Position

42flows.tech is an international IT company specializing in the development of technology solutions for digital business transformation. We build high-load backend systems, integration layers (Open API, Middleware), customized CRM solutions, and Digital/Conversational Banking products that help clients in FinTech, banking, retail, e-commerce, and telecom automate processes and scale their businesses.

We are looking for an experienced Middle Frontend Developer to join a web project in the active development phase. This is a full-time, remote position with location within Ukraine. You will work in a cross-functional team consisting of 2 backend developers, a DevOps engineer, 2 frontend developers, 3 QA engineers, and a Project Manager.

Hiring Process

1. Recruiter interview (30 minutes)
2. Paid practical task + technical interview (30 minutes)
3. Internal interview (30 minutes)
4. Final interview with the client (30 minutes)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI modules: dashboards, forms, information panels
• Integrate with third-party services via REST API and WebSocket
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and task estimation
• Work closely with designers and Business Analysts to implement UI/UX solutions

Requirements

• 3–4 years of frontend development experience, primarily with React
• Technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, MobX, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui
• React practices: Hooks, Context API, React Router, Redux/RTK
• API integration: experience with REST API, WebSocket, axios/fetch, async/await
• Tools: Vite or Webpack, Git, CI/CD
• English level: Intermediate (B1) - for code documentation and team communication
