We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join Argo22, a company that connects business and technology. Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis from the initial brief to the delivery of specifications to developers.
• Prepare understandable specifications – user stories, epics, data models, use-case scenarios, acceptance criteria.
• Lead workshops with clients, facilitate discussions on requirements and priorities.
• Design system structure and find optimal solutions that work for the client and the team.
• Maintain an overview of changes and ensure the consistency of specifications.
• Collaborate with the project manager in managing scope and expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT analysis or product role.
• Experience in creating user scenarios, designing processes, and data models.
• English proficiency at least at B2 level to conduct negotiations and write documentation.
• Ability to think systemically and communicate complex ideas simply.
• Independence – ability to take responsibility for the analytical part of the project.
• Plus: experience with agile development, UML/BPMN, integrations, API.
