We are seeking a Business & AI Executive Assistant to CEO to join our team in Ukraine, focusing on AI integration and project management.
Responsibilities
- AI-oriented: Practical experience with AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, etc.) and a desire to continuously improve digital skills.
- Project management: Experience in project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication in Ukrainian and English (B2 level).
- Digital literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 workspace, Excel, Notion, Trello/ClickUp, CRM, Teams.
- Personal qualities: High energy, psychological resilience, responsibility, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- AI-oriented

- Delicacy, tact, and proficiency in Ukrainian and English
- Digital literacy
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 workspace, Excel, Notion, Trello/ClickUp, CRM, Teams
- Personal qualities
- High energy, psychological resilience, responsibility, and confidentiality
