Business Development Manager - Home ESS At A Leading Global Energy Tech Company

About the Position

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for Home Energy Storage Systems (ESS) at a leading global energy tech company. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of our Home ESS products in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market entry strategies for Home ESS products.
• Build relationships with solar partners, distributors, and installers.
• Lead customer acquisition initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of home solar & ESS industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development position at top-tier solar sales organizations or installers.
• Ability to manage large initiatives with many stakeholders.
• Ability to define and structure broad asks into logical frameworks for analysis and executive decision-making.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Very strong analytical skills, including basic financial modeling.
• High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced financial and/or energy storage modeling abilities, preferred.
