Technical Business Analyst - Manufacturing - Surrey (Hybrid) - Up to £60,000

I'm currently working alongside a leading UK manufacturing and supply-chain organization who are hiring for a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in modernizing their systems. They are undergoing a major digital transformation, and this is an opportunity to join a business who are heavily investing in their digital platforms, automation, and cloud-native solutions.

Working at the heart of a multi-site operation and partnering with stakeholders of all environments, you'll analyze the business processes, highlight improvement opportunities, and translate technical needs into clear specifications.

Requirements

• Extensive SQL proficiency
• Good understanding of programming languages, e.g., Python and C++
• Experience in systems thinking
• Documentation tool experience, e.g., Confluence, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart
• Exposure to the software development life cycle
• Strong understanding of business process modeling

Nice to Have

• Experience in cloud-native solutions
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives
