About the Position

We're seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst (Business Application Support) who's a natural problem solver, a strong collaborator, and someone who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Your main focus will be keeping business applications reliable, spotting issues early, and turning feedback into meaningful improvements. You'll play an important role in helping teams get the most out of their tools - bringing clarity to complexity and making sure everything keeps running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to users across business applications (ERP, HR, and other systems) by troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents and requests, and helping users understand system processes and functionality.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to understand needs and translate them into data solutions.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners during issue resolution, ensuring clear, structured, and timely communication throughout the process.
  • Manage user access and permissions across business applications.
  • Configure and optimize business applications based on business needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports (SQL, SOQL, Power BI) using data from business applications.
  • Participate in implementation projects, define requirements, and ensure a data-driven approach when introducing new features.
  • Test system changes and new functionalities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across environments.
  • Maintain and improve data integrations to ensure reliable data flow between systems.
  • Keep documentation and data logic clear, structured, and up to date.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving mindset with confidence in working with data and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of work.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and motivation to build and improve processes.
  • A good understanding of business processes and how they connect across departments.
  • Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hands-on software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IT project management.
  • Experience in working with ERP, CRM (Salesforce), SQL SMS Studio, and/or Power BI is a plus.

We Offer

  • Employment relationship with Ekipa2, d.o.o. (an Outfit7 subsidiary) for an indefinite period of time, with a six-month probationary period.
  • Diverse work with exciting daily challenges, working as part of a team in a fun, relaxed environment.
  • Participation in attractive projects.
  • Development opportunities through training, seminars, and conferences.
  • Choice of sport, fitness, educational, and entertainment activities outside of work.
  • Healthy meals in the office.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • 24 days of paid vacation.
  • Participation in a discretionary bonus plan.
  • Christmas bonus (subject to internal policies).
