Responsibilities

• Consulting and supporting business customers, both by phone and in writing
• Comprehensive customer service: handling complaints, service activations, maintaining master data
• Needs-based sales: contract renewals, additional packages, new products and solutions
• Close cooperation with various departments (sales, finance, technical, etc.)

Requirements

• Initial experience in telephone customer support is advantageous
• Perfect German language skills and good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Interest in telecommunications and innovative technologies
• Strong customer orientation, communication talent
• Independent working style, competent and friendly demeanor, solution orientation
• Flexible working hours in shift service, 24/7, five-day week, preferred working hours are taken into account, willingness for sporadic night shifts
