Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs for the Customer Support team, including base pay, shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, and other incentive types.

  • Experience writing and maintaining process documentation, instructions, or internal policies.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience working with a Customer Support or shift-based team, or an iGaming background, is a plus.
  • Upper-intermediate English, written and spoken, you'll be documenting processes and communicating with international teams.

Personal Features

  • Strong attention to detail: comfortable with numbers, payroll data, and policy documents where small errors matter.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to explain pay and benefits topics clearly to non-specialists.
  • Speed and adaptability: comfortable with monthly deadlines and shifting priorities.

We Offer

  • Global Medical Coverage
  • Growth Opportunities
  • Benefits Programs (compensation for the gym/stomatology/psychological service & etc.)
