About the Position
CEB X Travel Consultant (late shift)
Business Class is a global travel product company based in the United States. We specialize in the business and premium class air tickets, offering the best prices and service for your flights.
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Travel Consultants - Night shift to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements, while meeting targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Attend to client inquiries regarding available travel options and pricing
- Facilitate and generate numbers by promoting travel products and services to clients
- Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist clients effectively and answer questions confidently
- Organize and maintain accurate flight preferences and booking information, ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process
- Provide extended service by ensuring clients are happy and satisfied with our services from start to finish, ensuring long-term cooperation via excellent client service and problem-resolution skills
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements
- At least 2 years of BPO/Call Center Experience
- Having travel experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite (Night shift)
