About the Position
We are seeking a Central Operations Specialist – Efficiency to manage automation configuration and performance across markets, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Manage automation configuration and performance management across assigned markets.
- Ensure automation configurations are correctly implemented and maintained.
- Trace performance issues to their true root cause, distinguishing genuine config errors from upstream product, compliance, or data gaps.
- Act as the market expert, analyzing automation metrics to identify issues.
- Independently decide on mitigation strategies.
- Ensure regular visibility across local and central teams.
- Drive performance improvements and coordinate problem-solving efforts.
- Lead projects with global impact to increase automation success and scalability.
