About the Position

A Ukrainian fashion brand with a bold aesthetic and strong international potential, featuring full-cycle production, is looking for a strong CEO to lead the company to the next level. This role is for a leader who knows how to scale a business, build processes, and work with ambitious creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Building an effective operational structure and KPI system
• Managing production, contractors, timelines, and cost efficiency
• Developing an omnichannel model: e-commerce, retail, pop-ups, wholesale, showrooms
• Overseeing marketing and international brand promotion
• Forming a strong managerial team
• Financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting
• Preparing the company for scaling and international partnerships

Requirements

• Higher education; additional business education is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as CEO / COO / Managing Director in fashion / retail / lifestyle
• Experience expanding a brand into international markets
• Deep understanding of production, commercial operations, finance, e-commerce, logistics, marketing, and HR
• Strategic mindset, leadership, and the ability to manage transformation
• English – Upper-Intermediate+
