Senior Accountant

About the Position

A company operating in the field of car service, e-commerce, and sales is looking for a Senior Accountant in Warsaw.

Main Tasks

• Maintaining primary accounting documentation (accounts, acts, invoices, invoices)
• Monitoring the correctness of document processing in accordance with Polish legislation
• Working with incoming and outgoing documents in several business lines (service stations, online store, sales)
• Interaction with internal departments (sales department, warehouse, service)
• Reconciliation with counterparties
• Working with bank statements and basic financial transactions
• Keeping records of goods and services

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working as an accountant with primary documentation
• Mandatory knowledge of the Polish language (not lower than level B2)
• Knowledge of Polish accounting and tax legislation
• Experience working with different business areas will be an advantage (retail, e-commerce, service stations)
• Attention to detail, systematicity, responsibility
