About the Position

EOS Data Analytics is a global satellite-data and analytics provider, operating the EOS SAT satellite alongside a meta-constellation of 20+ partner constellations (optical, SAR, thermal, hyperspectral, and RF). Through its RayVision platform, EOS delivers JISR-compliant, end-to-end data-to-decision intelligence for defence, security, and critical-infrastructure customers. RayVision is now establishing a dedicated Defence & Intelligence presence in the EU/NATO area and is looking for a CEO/Director to build and lead it.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Defence & Intelligence pipeline in-region - new markets, programmes, partnerships, and routes to existing customers.
• Represent EOS and the RayVision platform to customers, partners, and institutional stakeholders at C-level and Board level.
• Develop and execute the regional business-development plan aligned to the company's revenue goals.
• Cooperate with business-intelligence, legal, marketing, and product units; feed regional insight into product direction.
• Attract clients, partners, and investors - product presentations, business negotiations, and pipeline development.

Requirements

• Residency: resident of Portugal, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, or the Netherlands.
• Clearance-eligible background: a professional history clearly connected to the space, defence, or military-technology (miltech) industries - a prerequisite for passing security vetting.
• Eligible to obtain and hold national and/or NATO security clearance.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• 8+ years in business development, sales, or programme leadership within the space, defence & intelligence sectors (B2G and B2B).
• Track record selling data services, intelligence solutions, software, and/or hardware to government agencies, MoDs, and large commercial customers.
• Experience navigating defence licensing, export controls (EU dual-use/ITAR-EAR), and NATO/ESA or national procurement frameworks.
• Experience establishing or operating a legal entity in the defence sector - a strong plus.
• An established network across MoDs, space agencies, primes, and the allied defence-industrial base.
• Local language (Portuguese, French, Dutch, or German) an advantage.
• Able to work with a founder's mindset and autonomy, and within cross-functional teams.
