Job description
About the Position
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Remote
Our client, Findies, is a fast-growing network of personal digital experts helping women discover products that truly fit their lifestyle across fashion, beauty, wellness, home and garden, and other categories. Operating with a small, hands-on, fast-moving, and AI-first team, the company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take full ownership of its marketing function and build a scalable, profitable growth engine.
As Findies expands within the $1.19 trillion e-commerce industry, the CMO will lead an existing marketing organization of 10+ people, raise the leadership bar, and establish the vision, systems, and execution model required to scale growth through AI-powered automation and agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own Findies’ end-to-end marketing function across six teams: paid acquisition, creative marketing, marketing design, product marketing, social media marketing (SMM), and marketing operations.
- Define the overall marketing vision, strategy, KPIs, team structure, and execution roadmap in close partnership with the CEO.
- Build and operate an AI-native marketing organization capable of scaling creative production to 10,000+ assets per month and marketing budgets to $10M+ through automation and agentic workflows rather than linear headcount growth.
- Launch and scale key acquisition channels with positive ROMI, including Meta, AppLovin, TikTok, Google, Snap, and Pinterest.
- Lead and develop the existing marketing organization, establish clear goals and performance standards, and build a high-performing leadership team.
- Hire key open marketing leadership positions and ensure a consistently high talent bar across the function.
- Build scalable reporting, testing, experimentation, and creative-iteration systems.
- Manage marketing as a profit engine, optimizing unit economics and scaling Projected Profit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing leadership experience within subscription apps using web-to-app funnels, with a proven track record of owning multi-channel growth at scale.
- Strong AI-native operating mindset, with the ability to scale marketing through automation and agentic workflows rather than relying primarily on headcount growth.
- Proven experience managing large-scale marketing operations, ideally including 10,000+ creatives per month and marketing budgets of $10M+.
- Demonstrated multi-channel marketing leadership spanning paid acquisition, organic growth, and creative - not solely single-channel expertise.
- Proven experience building and managing marketing teams of 10+ people, including hiring and developing marketing leaders.
- Strong command of marketing unit economics and experience managing marketing as a profit-generating function.
- Hands-on experience building scalable marketing systems across reporting, testing, experimentation, and creative iteration.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner directly with the CEO and independently establish and communicate the marketing vision.
- English: Upper-Intermediate proficiency or higher.
We Offer
- A strategic executive leadership role with full ownership of the marketing function.
- An established marketing organization of 10+ professionals from day one.
- The opportunity to define and execute Findies’ marketing vision in direct partnership with the CEO.
- The ability to build an AI-native marketing organization and operate growth at significant scale.
- A high-ownership, fast-moving environment with the opportunity to directly shape the company’s growth and future.
