About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join our fast-growing business group. This role offers the opportunity to lead a multicultural team in a vibrant and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Ensure effective operational support for all processes related to transactions, internal workflows, and the ongoing management of FinTech products.
- Strategic Planning: Drive day-to-day operations and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data from performance metrics and market research to inform product decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor regulatory developments and ensure full compliance.
- Financial Oversight: Manage and forecast fiat and crypto flows across all products and legal entities.
- Risk Management: Identify and evaluate operational and compliance risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Team Management: Coordinate closely with all departments to support seamless product operations and set clear KPIs for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field; MBA is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in FinTech, 1-3 years in a C-level position with a track record of improving operational efficiency.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business/market knowledge.
- Experience in crypto and web3.0 projects is a plus.
