About the Team
Risk Team RozetkaPay develops credit products within the Rozetka-EVO ecosystem: installment payments, credit cards, and credit solutions with partner banks. The team is responsible for ensuring that lending develops safely for the business while remaining convenient for customers.
We are currently looking for a Chief Risk Officer to lead the credit risk direction at RozetkaPay. The role focuses on developing a scoring system and managing credit risk, scaling the analyst team, and collaborating with product, Data Science, and IT teams to develop credit products. The role reports directly to the CEO and involves interaction with partner banks.
Key Areas of Influence
- Develop and scale lending on Rozetka-EVO marketplaces, working on existing and launching new credit solutions
- Establish interaction with partner banks within the ecosystem's credit products
- Control and develop decision-making systems for credit programs
- Build and improve credit scoring and sales models, develop approaches to credit risk assessment
- Define risk appetite, implement risk metrics and key risk indicators (KRI) for risk control and management
- Work with Product, Data Science, and IT teams to embed the risk-by-design principle in the development and launch of credit products
- Formulate policies, procedures, and risk reporting for internal use and external regulators
- Develop the team, structure it, and enhance the expertise of the direction
What We Expect
- 5+ years of experience in risk management in the banking sector or fintech
- Deep practical understanding of retail lending and credit portfolio management processes
- Experience in building and developing scoring models, credit decision systems, and sales models
- Understanding of credit risk assessment and management approaches, risk appetite formation, risk metrics, and key risk indicators
- Experience with SQL and BI tools
- Experience working with Product, Data Science, IT, Legal, and Compliance in cross-functional projects
- Experience in team management and development, willingness to scale the risk direction
- Systematism, result-orientation, and the ability to maintain control over risks during scaling and changes
- Flexibility and willingness to work with an actively developing product and launching new solutions
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to influence and find common solutions in a multidisciplinary team

The platform processes over 350,000 payment transactions per day. RozetkaPay services are used by Rozetka, Prom, Vchasno, Bigl, Shafa, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota.ua, Tickets, and other companies.
