We are seeking an Integration Business Analyst to work remotely in Ukraine, building relationships with partners and coordinating project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build trustful relationships with major partners: understand their needs, align expectations, priorities, and responsibilities
• Gather and describe partner business needs, communicate them to product and technical teams, and clarify requirements during implementation
• Understand RozetkaPay payment products and propose solutions that meet partner challenges
• Coordinate the launch of new solutions and improvements to existing ones: monitor deadlines, dependencies, and agreements, highlight risks in time
• Align launch details with product and technical teams, finance, legal, marketing, and operations support teams
• Inform partners about the progress of work, explain the capabilities and limitations of solutions, and help resolve contentious issues
• Monitor the performance of payment solutions after launch: identify payment issues and coordinate their resolution with technical support and other teams

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in working with B2B clients or partners, project management, or business analysis
• Ability to understand client needs, structure information, and clearly describe requests for product and technical teams
• Strong communication skills: explain complex solutions in simple terms, argue your position, and negotiate with different teams and partners
• Ability to work with complex requests and conflict situations: clarify expectations, explain limitations, and find a mutually acceptable solution
• Systematic work: manage multiple tasks in parallel, prioritize, monitor deadlines and agreements, and identify risks in time
• Willingness to understand payment products and the principles of their integration to offer relevant solutions to partners
• English at A2-B1 level for reading documentation and understanding professional terms

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech and understanding of payment services
• Experience working with large B2B clients or partners
• Experience in connecting or launching payment solutions
• Experience working with Tableau or OpenSearch reports and data
