About the Position

Promodo, a leading marketing agency in Ukraine, is seeking a Client Service Director to manage client relationships and drive business growth. Join our team to enhance our market presence and build exceptional client communications.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
Develop and implement client service strategies.
Oversee project management and optimize processes.
Monitor the advertising market and respond to client requests and tenders.
Analyze project effectiveness and optimize client and internal reporting systems.
Ensure dialogue with clients and internal teams for strategic outcomes.
Continuously seek improvements for client solutions and effectiveness.
Research and implement new marketing strategies and technologies.

Requirements

Experience in project management in IT or marketing (2+ years).
Experience in building and optimizing processes in Customer Success/Client Service.
Management experience with Delivery teams.
Successful project launch and management experience.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
Higher education in marketing and/or PR is a plus.
Additional education and training in project and client service management.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Client-oriented approach and attention to detail.
English proficiency at B2+ level is a plus.
Based in Ukraine and willing to travel.
