Client Service Director

We are looking for a Client Service Director to join our team and help make Promodo even more noticeable, strengthen our market presence, and build outstanding communication systems among our colleagues.

Responsibilities

Management of client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and stimulating business growth through excellent service.
Developing and implementing a strategy for the transformation of client service.
Building/optimizing project management.
Managing the operational activities of the department.
Financial planning to ensure stable growth and financial stability of income from current clients.
Interaction between client service and product to achieve the best results.
Market and competitive environment analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Risk assessment and control.
Team formation and development.
Public representation of Promodo through participation in conferences and direct appearances.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in project management in the IT or marketing field.
Experience in building and optimizing processes in Customer Success/Client Service, process automation skills.
Experience in managing a Delivery team.
Successful experience in project launch and project management.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends in Ukraine and beyond.
Higher education in marketing and/or PR is a plus.
Additional education and training in project management and customer service.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, client orientation, attention to detail.
English proficiency at the B2+ level is a plus.
Based in Ukraine and willing to travel.
