About the Position

Wellspect Healthcare is a leading global provider of innovative medical devices that help people suffering from urinary retention or chronic constipation. We are seeking a Commercial Product Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop into a strategic marketer while gaining hands-on experience in product management and commercial activities.

In this role, you will work closely with our International Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams. You will support the execution of marketing initiatives and actively contribute to the successful market introduction of our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans for our product and service portfolio
• Conduct market and customer analyses to better understand trends, needs, and opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to support product positioning and campaigns
• Assist in product launches and ensure a successful market introduction
• Contribute to targeted marketing activities to stimulate product adoption
• Support training activities for sales teams and customers
• Help coordinate customer feedback and product-related topics at the local level
• Assist in demand planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the sector
• Support the organization of local projects, events, and educational programs
• Monitor and analyze marketing effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial experience in marketing, product management, or a commercial role (e.g., internships or 1–3 years of work experience)
• Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated sectors is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Proactive, structured, and motivated to take responsibility
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English
