About the Position
Wellspect Healthcare, a leading global provider of innovative medical devices, is seeking a Commercial Product Manager to join our team in Spain. Reporting to the Manager of International Marketing, the Product Manager will lead strategic and tactical marketing activities in the local market, aligning global objectives with local needs to drive commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies for the Wellspect portfolio in line with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Support product launches and specific campaigns to drive adoption and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining product requirements and project execution.
- Provide product training and support to sales teams and customers.
- Support claims management, tender activities, and the preparation of value dossiers.
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and associations.
- Manage local projects, committees, customer groups, and educational programs.
- Oversee marketing return on investment (ROI) and program effectiveness.
- Ensure local execution is aligned with the global marketing strategy.
- Deliver projects on time and in line with business objectives.
- Provide efficient and high-quality support in all assigned activities.
Requirements
- Passion for marketing and a strong results orientation.
- Knowledge of the medical device market and homecare.
- Experience in product launches and marketing strategy execution.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage resources, and work proactively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and integrity.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum level B2).
- More than 3 years of experience in global marketing and product management, ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong execution, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar, desirable.
- MBA will be considered an advantage.
