Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows at least 3x year over year - and we are looking for a Compliance Manager who will help us scale even faster.

About the role:

You will be the one who translates complex policies from Apple, Google, Meta, and TikTok into understandable roadmaps for teams. You will help them implement these requirements in marketing and product, develop internal policies and standards. This is a great opportunity to grow quickly, work in a dynamic environment, and have a real impact on the development of products and the company's strategy.

Responsibilities

• Verify and approve the content of mobile and web products, as well as marketing materials, for compliance with the policies of tech giants (Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Resolve compliance policy issues directly with our partners (Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Advise teams on understanding and implementing platform requirements.
• Monitor changes in policies and adapt company processes to new rules.
• Develop internal policies, checklists, guides, and conduct compliance training.
• Close collaboration with the legal department on legal risks in marketing and product, in-depth issues of intellectual property law, and the protection of user personal data.
• Protect intellectual property rights - remove content that violates the company's rights.
• Ad hoc research.
• Assist in other ongoing work of the compliance department.

Requirements

• English (Upper-Intermediate+) - spoken and written.
• Practical experience with App Store and Google Play policies: analysis of platform requirements, assessment of compliance risks of applications, and work with product cases.
• Developed analytical and research skills (working with policies, regulations, large amounts of information).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present work results.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge in the field of intellectual property and personal data protection.
• Legal education.
