About the Position
Our client's company is growing fast and looking for a highly motivated Compliance/Risk Analyst to join their operations team. The Compliance/Risk Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the company's records and their alignment with user activity, as well as monitoring user activity to ensure compliance with their policies and procedures. This includes monitoring user accounts and transactions to detect any suspicious activity, such as fraud or abuse.

Responsibilities
- Ensure company records are accurate and match the activity of our users
- Identify any suspicious activity based on the activity of our users
- Investigate suspicious activity and report it to colleagues
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent fraud and abuse
- Create documentation for any new processes that are implemented as part of the role
Requirements
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets including expertise in formulas, macros, and pivot tables
