Purpose of the Role:

Contribute to the monitoring of the activity and client accounts of the Client Accounting Teams for Media VBI & Brandsplace.

Ensure the operational management of strategic VBI accounts.

Participate in various Finance projects and help establish procedures (Revenue Management, Sakura, Hipay, Freedom..).

Ensure the quality of client relationships with our partner brands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the monitoring of invoicing in compliance with data, contractual deadlines, and established procedures.
• Coordinate with BPO, legal, customer service, accounting, and sales teams to ensure optimal management of our client accounts while respecting our obligations.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of overdue payments and collection actions in compliance with established procedures and our commercial management policy.

Activities

Main Activities

Activity 1: Contribute to the monitoring of Media & Entertainment & Brandsplace activities, control the proper execution of tasks in compliance with existing procedures and deadlines, implement and/or improve existing processes in agreement with management.

Activity 2: Reporting Backlog (invoicing, overdue payments, customer letter coding, prioritization of sales to be invoiced).

Activity 3: Ensure close collaboration between legal, commercial, accounting, SRM, management control services, and provide them with visibility on numerical indicators (commercial points, preparation of closings, monitoring of customer accounts, etc.).

Activity 4: Support projects and monitor deployment in collaboration with SAP, Revenue Management, and Brandsplace teams.

Requirements

Must Have Skills

Educational and Professional Background

• Education level and type: Bac +2 / Bac +3; BTS CGO ou DCG
• Professional experience (type and duration): Experience required in Client Accounting and Collections
• Other: English desired
