Responsibilities
- Lead strategic cloud migration and modernization programs within the manufacturing sector, guiding multi-disciplinary teams across complex consulting engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping transformation strategies that connect business priorities with advanced technology solutions.
- Drive profitable growth through business development, client engagement, and delivery excellence.
- Oversee the execution of large-scale transformation projects, ensuring quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and sustainable value creation.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, mentoring teams and promoting best practices across consulting and delivery functions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology or consulting, with a strong background in cloud, AI, or cybersecurity.
- Proven experience managing executive-level relationships and leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing industry processes, digital transformation drivers, and emerging technology trends.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience driving revenue growth and managing margins.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
