Your Future Missions

Your main missions will be:

• Identification: Conduct audits of industrial processes and company management at our clients to identify multi-resource constraints and the specifics of products and processes.
• Realization: Develop and implement a deployment plan over several months. This includes, among other things: configuring the ERP, making specific adaptations, creating interfaces, and defining usage methodologies.
• Validation: Assist clients during testing and commissioning phases to ensure the quality and compliance of the deployed solutions.
• Training and Change Management: In parallel, you will provide training and support to key users (key-users) and contribute to change management with end-users.
• Project Animation and COPIL Organization.

Requirements

• Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5, preferably in engineering or with an industrial focus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
• Skills:
  • Sensitivity to business and knowledge of company processes.
  • Ability to understand client business needs and respond effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support projects throughout their deployment.
  • Autonomy and ability to work in a team.
  • Good client contact.
  • Willingness to travel, as the position is itinerant.
